Other sources to obtain information and insight into the situation of a biology teacher teaching creationism to students other than interviewing would be to use CAR. Using the basic tools around you that are current is easiest. In this particular situation, using a book wouldn’t be a good accurate choice because of the delay between currencies. Using a reliable Internet source would keep the story fresh and new while also giving the better and more detailed information the book would. I would be looking for a whole bunch of similar stories and resolutions because I assure you this has happened more than once.
EVALUATION
The way the information is presented in the first couple of paragraphs is extremely sloppy. It begins as if you have already heard about this situation somewhere else and are just looking for more information. That information should be available, but it should be organized so that someone who already knows the story can skip or just skim through the beginning paragraph and jump right in giving the new reader a chance to catch up. Other than that, the story seems well thought about and also well complied. The way he author obtained information allows the reader to comprehend the basic information that all scenarios like this seem to either contain or release.
Don't forget the obvious primary resource: the PowerPoint itself plus interviews of the school district, the principal and the students in the class.
